Screen Printing
Screen printing is the process by which ink is pushed through a mesh screen stencil revealing a printed design on the surface below. The garment is then heated on a conveyor to cure the ink. Each mesh screen is initially coated with a light sensitive coating. A transparency with your design is created and is affixed to the screen and then exposed to uv light. The screen is then rinsed revealing the stencil which will allow ink to only pass through where your design is revealed. A separate screen must be created for each color that will be printed to produce your design. These screens are now mounted on a press and registered to ensure all colors line up correctly to each other.
We offer low minimums on screen printing starting at six pieces.
